The next product you’ll see from us is ham! It’s close. So close we can almost taste it. Actually we can taste it, and have. Quite a bit of it, and it’s DELICIOUS! We’re just doing some last minute fine tuning to make it perfect and ready for release. Look out for Montserrado Meats Ham in your nearest deli case by March ’18.
We’re still waiting for our grinder. It’s enroute, though. It should land by mid April to open up the big, bold, beautiful work of grinds to us.
Think everything from simple fresh ground lamburger to fresh garlic sage sausage breakfast links to aged lacto-fermented sausages.
Around mid May to early June you can expect to see grinds from us.
